My nano is nearly 20k and I'm watching Les Mis for the first time in years and I have a bottle of gin, so that's nice.

My voice has dropped like a fifth since then which is weird, but that's life.

Anyway I am having a good time.

Yeah it's possibly that the higher ranges aren't as agile. Well that info could be 20 yrs out of date of the anatomical understanding of the ageing of the vocal chords. Or it could still be in date. It's fairly normal, at anyrate. But must be kinda fun and groovy to find it out by listening/singing to Les Mis! (Sure it isn't the gin? ;-D)

Yes, I think some of the higher range has just gone due to lack of practice, and I'm sure it would come back if I joined a choir again.

But I also got extra low notes that I didn't used to have, which was the very exciting bit! =P

Yeah that's what my voice sounds like too - just a bit rusty.
