Yuletide Letter

Hello! First of all, thank you for writing me a thing! I love you, and I'm very appreciative. I have a couple of DNWs, but overall I’m super easy to please, and everything else in this letter is super optional.
I have no serious triggers, but there’s a couple of things I’d prefer you didn’t write: soulmates AUs, daddy kink, incest, or A/B/O. Also, if you avoided plots that centre around embarrassment or miscommunication, that would be appreciated.
Onwards, here are some things I do like.
Untitled Goose Game
I don't have a lot to say about this one; I don't have hard-hitting headcanons about the goose or anything, so I'm just going to throw some more random concepts out.
- Is this Goose a powerful and eldritch creature just dropping by for a bit of mischief?
- There must be a church in this town. I can see a priest trying to exorcise such a horrible goose.
- Literally any crossover you think of at all! I don't care if I know the subject material or not - I can google it. What havoc could a Goose wreak in potions class?
- Just like, show me some Goose POV.
This game was just so whimsical, and so much fun, and I want to relive being that terrible goose.
Specific DNW: please don't kill the goose!
Folk of the Air
God I love Jude so much! She’s so ruthless, and so terrible, and I just want her to be safe and have a break from having to actively not die at all times. And also to dom the fuck out of Cardan. Be it sexual or not, I’m definitely keen to see Jude in charge of Cardan, and Cardan enjoying it.
Alternatively, if that’s not your jam, as discussed above, I love sibling relationships, and the one between Jude and Vivi is particularly interesting. Navigating a relationship with an immortal sibling can’t be easy, and I’d love to see what they were like when Jude was younger, or just a moment of behind the scenes intimacy now.
ETA: I will almost certianly have read the final book by the time Yuletide rolls around, so feel free to include spoilers or not, depending where you're at with it.
Lady of the Shard
This comic is so sweet and so gay and I love it so much! Here are some things that I think about that might inspire your typing fingers. Even if they’re both immortal now, they’re definitely coming from very different places. How do they navigate the power dynamic in which one of them grew up worshipping the other? What kind of life do they end up making together? I would honestly love to see some sweet queer domesticity between the two of them - the Radiant Goddess making breakfast for her Acolyte! I would also love to see a little insight into the Goddess’s head, and how her feelings for the Acolyte develop.
Grimes - We Appreciate Power
I mentioned somewhere up above that I love cyberpunk vibes. This video has cyberpunk vibes all over the scenery. I feel like the lyrics imply some kind of AI uprising, or possibly some kind of AI-controlled dystopian future. Who knows? I would just love to see some worldbuilding in the general aesthetic of this video, or just throw me a random snippet from the point-of-view of a character living in this world. Who are these women with weapons? What are they fighting for?
That’s about it! Feel free to scroll through my journal if you like - I’m not the most regular poster but my old letters are around here. My tumblr is at alasse-irena.tumblr.com. I am not super active there anymore but I definitely was in the past and it also might give you some thoughts.
But overall, honestly, if you’re keen on what you’re writing, I’d much rather that than you try to fit a prompt that doesn’t really grab you. Go forth and do what makes you happy!

Onwards, here are some things I do like.
- Character-driven stories and character studies of all kinds. I am always about knowing what’s going on in people’s heads.
- AUs. Canon-divergent AUs or Other World AUs. Literally go as wild as you want here. I will accept anything from coffeeshop AU to Migrating Salmon AU, but if you’re looking for particular ideas, I love cyberpunk vibes, I love urban fantasy, and I love historical settings.
- Kink! If it’s your jam, please go wild with your filthy kinky erotica. My interests here lie chiefly in a) powerplay, and b) a look inside the characters’ heads. I am very keen to see why they’re into whatever you’ve got them doing! I will enjoy both Responsible, Well-Negotiated Scenes, and characters making some Terrible But Sexy Decisions together. Whatever floats your boat.
- Sibling dynamics. I love sibling dynamics so much. Whether they’re close, or estranged, or...it’s complicated. I am just all about seeing the relationships that result from two people growing up in each other’s shadows.
- Found families! Sometimes people don’t grow up in each other’s shadows, but they’re a family now. I love those mismatched groups of people who would Die For Each Other.
