It's a relief! I am trying not to see all the horrible things the no campaign are saying, but at least this part is over now.

Yes. I'm mostly just glad it's over. Like, we already knew public opinion was in favour overall; this was just..a lot of stirring up shit.

I am mostly relieved at this point. I think I'm waiting for the acutal legislation to celebrate properly. I did have little queer party with friends last night, though, and I am happy to conclude that my friends are great, even if our government is a bit shit.

And they're debated a proposed marriage equality bill in parliament now, so I guess the momentum's carrying. Soon, soon...
